Week 9 Start/ Sit Part 4: TEs

For the previous parts:
Week 9 Start/ Sit Part 1: QBs
Week 9 Start/ Sit Part 2: RBs
Week 9 Start/ Sit Part 3: WRs

This is Part 4 of the starts and sits for Week 9:

TE

Start 'Em

Fred Davis (vs. 49ers)- this is the third straight week that Davis is in this list and the reason for him making it here is still the same with Chris Cooley done for the season and Santana Moss still out. His number of targets should stay high for the foreseeable future.

Brent Celek (vs. Bears)- Celek has reappeared the last two weeks and in Week 9, he will be going against a Chicago defense that is the worst defense against tight ends in terms of fantasy points allowed.

Sit 'Em

Scott Chandler (vs. Jets)- with Chandler it is either feast or famine, he either catches touchdowns or does nothing. The Jets have only allowed with one touchdown to a tight end this whole season, the deck is stacked against Chandler this Sunday.

Dallas Clark (vs. Falcons)- Clark is back on this list for a second straight week. He went out and produced in Week 8 after being featured in this list, to expect a repeat again this Sunday is to set yourself up for disappointment. Atlanta's defense has only allowed one touchdown to tight ends the whole season and this should not change in Week 9.

The remaining part will be up soon and the link will be added to the this post. All parts are done and posted.
Part 5 is up: Week 9 Start/ Sit Part 5: Ks and Defenses
