Week 10 Start/ Sit Part 2: RBs

For the previous part:
Week 10 Start/ Sit Part 1: QBs

An expanded version with players from readers' feedback included will be posted on Saturday. This is Part 2 of the starts and sits for Week 10:

RB

Start 'Em

Mike Tolbert (vs. Raiders)- Tolbert is in this list for the second straight week. He was able to take advantage of Ryan Matthews' absence in Week 9 and had a big game. Matthews is expected to play against Oakland on Thursday Night Football and this will decrease Tolbert's touches, but keep in mind that Matthews is just coming back from an injury and will probably be eased back in.

DeMarco Murray (vs. Bills)- Murray is quickly climbing into the ranks of must-starts every week. He has been an unstoppable beast since his breakout game against the Rams in Week 7 and should have continued success this Sunday against Buffalo.

Willis McGahee (at Chiefs)- McGahee returned last week against Oakland and made his impact felt right away with 163 yards and 2 touchdowns. The Broncos are now running a spread zone read option offense that is what Tim Tebow is comfortable with from his college days. McGahee should continue to find room to run against Kansas City in Week 10.

Sit 'Em

Ahmad Bradshaw (at 49ers)- Bradshaw was out in Week 9 and even if he is able to go this Sunday, he will be going up against a formidable San Francisco defense. Neither Bradshaw nor Brandon Jacobs should be started against a defense that has allowed no rushing touchdowns and consequently the fewest fantasy points to running backs in the season.

Joseph Addai (vs. Jaguars)- Addai has been active the last 2 games, but Donald Brown and Delone Carter have gotten the carries. At this point, it is a toss up on who will produce on a weekly basis and none of the three running backs should be counted upon in Week 10 against a good Jacksonville run defense.

Marshawn Lynch (vs. Ravens)- Lynch was a pleasant surprise last week against the Cowboys, but don't expect a repeat of his Week 9 numbers when Seattle hosts Baltimore on Sunday. The Ravens defense is second only to the 49ers in fantasy points allowed to running backs and that won't change when they face Lynch and the pathetic Seahawks offense.

daniel thomas or chris johnson?

Johnson. Thomas is in a downtrend and had less touches than Reggie Bush in Week9 while Johnson appeared to have finally woken up last week and has a good matchup against Carolina.
