Start 'Em
Tim Tebow (at Raiders)- Tebow is in this list for the third straight week. He was terrible the last couple of weeks, but still produced well in terms of fantasy points. This week's matchup is against a familiar Raiders team and Willis McGahee is back to help the running game. Tebow should be able to produce fantasy points (and that's all that matters in here) if he can avoid being benched.
Eli Manning (at Patriots)- this is the second straight week that a quarterback going against the Patriots is in this list. Manning has been playing well and even without Hakeem Nicks, Manning should do well against one of the weakest secondaries in the league.
Matt Cassel (vs. Dolphins)- Cassel should make for a good bye week pickup with this great matchup. Cassel will be going against a weak Dolphins defense and with the emergence of Jonathan Baldwin last week, he now has three wide receivers to throw to.
Sit 'Em
Colt McCoy (at Texans)- McCoy is back on this list for the second straight week after he continued his struggles in Week 8. It does not help his cause that the Browns will be without their top two running backs and Chris Ogbonnaya will be making his first start after signing with the team mid-season.
Jay Cutler (at Eagles)- Cutler has struggled on the road and Philadelphia's defense has turned the corner recently making this matchup a possible nightmare for Cutler owners.
Ryan Fitzpatrick (vs. Jets)- Fitzpatrick played well last week against the Redskin, but he will face a much tougher matchup this week against Darrelle Revis and the Jets.
