Week 11 Thursday Practice Injuries Report

For those that missed it, this week's Start/ Sit has already been posted:
Week 11 Start/ Sit Part 1: QBs
Week 11 Start/ Sit Part 2: RBs
Week 11 Start/ Sit Part 3: WRs
Week 11 Start/ Sit Part 4: TEs
Week 11 Start/ Sit Part 5: Ks and Defenses

This Thursday's report is very similar to yesterday's, but will not include any information on the players involved in Thursday Night Football. The outlook for most of the players in today's list is not good at all. The only one who is expected to play is Frank Gore. Everyone else has a tough hill to climb in order to play this weekend. For the previous report, see Week 11 Wednesday Practice Injuries Report. Players that were already declared out on Wednesday are only listed in the officially out section in here, but do not have additional information below. Here are the major injury related news from Thursday's practice around the NFL:

Officially Out: LaDainian Tomlinson, Peyton Hillis
Likely Out (but not official word yet): Ahmad Bradshaw, A.J. Green, Darren McFadden, Jacoby Ford, Jahvid Best, Jeremy Maclin, Julio Jones, Michael Vick

Frank Gore- returned to limited practice on Thursday and confirmed that he will play on Sunday. Something to keep in mind is that coach Jim Harbough has said that even if Gore plays on Sunday against the Cardinals, his role could be limited. His backup of course is one of the Week 11 Adds of the week, Kendall Hunter who could be seeing increasing amounts of carries in the future.

Julio Jones- missed a second straight practice on Thursday and all signs points towards Jones sitting out Week 11. As mentioned before in Week 10 Major Injuries Report from Sunday (Monday Update Part 2), if Jones is out then Harry Douglas could benefit, the key word being could.

Darren McFadden- missed another practice on Thursday. McFadden has shed his protective boot recently, but expectations are that he will not play in Week 11 and could be back in Week 12. If McFadden is indeed out then Michael Bush will get another start in his place.

Ahmad Bradshaw- missed Thursday's practice and is not expected to make his return on Week 11, but has not been officially ruled out yet. Bradshaw is also optimistic that he will be back in Week 12 against the Saints. Brandon Jacobs should get another start this week in a good matchup against the Eagles.

Michael Vick- missed his second straight practice on Thursday and according to Adam Schefter on Wednesday, Vick is unlikely to play in Sunday's game against the Giants. Vince Young is expected to get the start in Week 11.

Jacoby Ford- missed another practice on Thursday and remains without a timetable for return. He has still not been ruled out, but nobody expects him back in Week 11. Denarius Moore will be the No. 1 receiver for the Raiders in the upcoming weeks.

A.J. Green- was held out of a second straight practice on Thursday and while he is a dreaded game time decision, expectations are that he will not play on Sunday against the Ravens.

Jeremy Maclin- missed a second straight practice on Thursday. According to John Clayton, Vick has a better chance of playing than Maclin so expectations are that Maclin will be out in Week 11.

Jahvid Best- missed another practice on Thursday. Best has now been out for five weeks and there is no timetable for his return. He has yet to be ruled out this week, but that is coming soon.
