Week 11 Start/ Sit Part 2: RBs

For the previous part:
Week 11 Start/ Sit Part 1: QBs

An expanded version with players from readers' feedback included will be posted on Saturday. This is Part 2 of the starts and sits for Week 11:

RB

Start 'Em

Marshawn Lynch (at Rams)- Lynch was on the other side of this list in Week 10 when he faced Baltimore, but he proved a lot of doubters wrong with that game. This week he has a much better matchup against St. Louis and he should not disappoint. After how well Lynch did against the Ravens, the Rams (who have allowed the 7th most fantasy points to running backs) should be a cakewalk.

DeMarco Murray (at Redskins)- this is the second straight week that Murray has made this list. As pointed out last week, Murray is quickly climbing into the ranks of must-starts every week. He has been an unstoppable beast since his breakout game against the Rams in Week 7 and should have continued success this Sunday against Washington even if Felix Jones is back.

Michael Bush (at Vikings)- Bush has been taking full advantage of Darren McFadden's absence the past 2 games. With McFadden appearing to be out for Week 11, Bush should have no problems of being the lead back in the Raiders backfield for at least one more week against a Vikings defense that is not what it used to be. Taiwan Jones should get some carries as the change of pace back, but Bush is line for the lion's share especially based on his recent performance.

Sit 'Em

Beanie Wells (at 49ers)- this is the second straight week that a running back going against San Francisco's defense is in this list. Wells has been slowed down the last few weeks by his injured knee and he will be going up against the formidable 49ers defense that has allowed the fewest fantasy points to running backs in the season.

LeGarrette Blount (at Packers)- Blount is in line for another tough day against a Green Bay defense that is #8 against the run. Add in the facts that Blount does not play on passing downs and that the Buccaneers will probably be down big to the Packers early in the game and you have a recipe for disaster. Stay as far away from this matchup as you can.

Cedric Benson (at Ravens)- this is the second straight week that a running back facing the Ravens defense is in this list. Benson has been mediocre in recent weeks and there is no reason to expect him to break out of it this week when going against Baltmore. The Ravens defense is second only to the 49ers in fantasy points allowed to running backs and that won't change much when they face Benson.
