Week 11 Wednesday Practice Injuries Report

This Wednesday report will have an initial focus on players and their availability for tomorrow's Thursday Night Football game between the Broncos and Jets. For the previous reports, see Week 10 Major Injuries Report from Sunday (Monday Update Part 1) and Week 10 Major Injuries Report from Sunday (Monday Update Part 2). Here are the major injury related news from Wednesday's practice around the NFL:

Officially Out: LaDainian Tomlinson, Peyton Hillis
Likely Out (but not official word yet): Ahmad Bradshaw, Darren McFadden, Jacoby Ford, Michael Vick

Willis McGahee- participated in limited practice for the second straight day and is listed as questionable for tomorrow night's game. Adam Schefter reported that Denver is optimistic McGahee will play. McGahee himself is confident he will play, but keep mind this is a short week and he is recovering from a dreaded hamstring injury. If McGahee starts, Lance Ball should still see some carries in the Broncos rushing almost every down offense and if he is out, then Ball will be in line for 30+ carries.

Frank Gore- did not practice on Wednesday and coach Jim Harbough has said that even if Gore plays on Sunday against the Cardinals, his role could be limited. His backup of course is one of the Week 11 Adds of the week, Kendall Hunter who could be seeing increasing amounts of carries in the future.

Julio Jones- missed Wednesday's practice and there is no word on his current status for Week 11. As mentioned before in Week 10 Major Injuries Report from Sunday (Monday Update Part 2), if Jones is out then Harry Douglas could benefit, the key word being could.

Darren McFadden- missed practice on Wednesday. McFadden has shed his protective boot recently, but expectations are that he will not play in Week 11 and could be back in Week 12. If McFadden is indeed out then Michael Bush will get another start in his place.

Ahmad Bradshaw- missed Wednesday's practice and it appears he will be not make his return on Week 11. Brandon Jacobs should get another start in a good matchup against the Eagles.

Michael Vick- missed Wednesday's practice and according to Adam Schefter, Vick is unlikely to play in Sunday's game against the Giants. Vince Young is expected to get the start in Week 11.

Jacoby Ford- missed practice on Wednesday and remains without a timetable for return. Denarius Moore will be the No. 1 receiver for the Raiders in the upcoming weeks.
