For the previous parts:
Week 10 Start/ Sit Part 1: QBs
Week 10 Start/ Sit Part 2: RBs
Week 10 Start/ Sit Part 3: WRs
Week 10 Start/ Sit Part 4: TEs

An expanded version with players from readers' feedback included will be posted on Saturday. This is Part 4 of the starts and sits for Week 10:

K

Start 'Em

Mason Crosby (vs. Vikings)- Crosby is always a good kicker to start on a weekly basis with the juggernaut that is the Packers offense. Minnesota's defense has allowed the most fantasy points to kickers in the NFL and Crosby is primed to take advantage of this matchup in Week 10.

Sit 'Em

Adam Vinatieri (vs. Jaguars)- Vinatieri is no longer the elite fantasy kicker that he as in years past. The Colts without Peyton Manning have struggled to put up points on the board. Add in the fact that Jacksonville has allowed the second fewest fantasy points to kicker and there is no light at the end of the tunnel in Week 10 for Vinatieri.

DEF

Start 'Em

Lions (at Bears)- Detroit is fresh of a bye week. With the rest from Week 9, they should be more than ready to go this Sunday when they face a Chicago offense with an inconsistent offensive line. It is true that the Bears were finally able to keep Jay Cutler from being sacked last week, but they will face a Lions defense that smells blood in the water when presented with that sieve-like offensive line in front of them.

Browns (vs. Rams)- Cleveland's defense is not great or even good in fantasy circles, but it will be hosting the bumbling St. Louis offense. Opposing defenses facing the Rams offense have usually been able to step up and post up big numbers. The Browns have shutdown corner Joe Haden to take care of Brandon Lloyd and if they can stop the run and Steven Jackson, then they will continue the streak of defenses doing well when going against the Rams.

Sit 'Em

Cowboys (vs Bills)- the Cowboys defense has been gashed by the run in the last couple of weeks. This week, Dallas will face a strong Buffalo offense and will have to find a way to stop Fred Jackson. The odds of this happening based on the Cowboys' recent run defense history is not good and they could be in for a long day against an offense that has made opposing defenses post the second fewest fantasy points in the NFL.

Vikings (at Packers)- this is the second straight week that a defense facing Green Bay is in this list. This is a repeat of Week 7 and the premise is still the same, Minnesota is no longer an elite defense and they will be no match again for Aaron Rodgers and the receiving corps of the Packers passing machine.
