For the previous parts:
Week 13 Start/ Sit Part 1: QBs
Week 13 Start/ Sit Part 2: RBs

This is Part 3 of the starts and sits for Week 13:

WR

Start 'Em

Jordy Nelson (at Giants)- this is the third straight week that Nelson is in this list. He did not produce in Week 12, but should be primed for a rebound in Week 13 against a New York defense that has given up the 6th most fantasy points to wide receivers. Nelson should be able to reestablish himself as a must start every week no matter what matchup he is facing.

Victor Cruz (vs. Packers)- Cruz has been one of the top waiver wire pickups of this season. He has been so good that Green Bay cornerback's coach Joe Whitt believes that Cruz has passed Hakeem Nicks as the Giants top receiver. This is indeed high praise and Cruz should be able to live up to it this week in what should be a high scoring game against the Packers.

Eric Decker (at Vikings)- Decker is Tim Tebow's top receiver and has been producing even with the Broncos barely passing the ball. Week 13 he gets to return to his native Minnesota in a great matchup facing a Vikings defense that has allowed the 4th most fantasy points to wide receivers.

Sit 'Em

Santana Moss (vs. Jets)- this is the third straight week that a wide receiver going up against the Jets is in this list. Moss returned in Week 12 and was only able to produce 29 yards and will get to face Darrelle Revis this week. Moss will probably be stranded in Revis Island in Week 13 and as such should be better left in your bench in favor of much better options.

Stevie Johnson (at Titans)-  this is the second straight week that Johnson is in this list. Last week, he was able to survive Revis Island, but that does not mean that it is free sailing for him this week. After facing Revis in Week 12, this week he gets to face another top corner in Tennessee's Cortland Finnegan. Don't expect Johnson to match or outdo his production from last week.

Anquan Boldin (at Browns)- Boldin is tough to bench, but he has had only 7 total catches in the last 3 games. He also gets to go up against lockdown corner Joe Haden and Cleveland's top rated pass defense. There is no reason to expect this is the week that Boldin to breakout from this mini-slump he has been in recently.

The remaining parts will be up soon and the links will be added to the this post. All parts are done and posted.
Part 4 is up: Week 13 Start/ Sit Part 4: TEs
Part 5 is up: Week 13 Start/ Sit Part 5: Ks and Defenses
